Piercing the night is a dagger of red... and the
air itself shudders and shrinks back in dread.

A form of the painful reality
born from distorted mentality.

Slicing through space, a silvery edge.
In it's trail a bloody wreakage.

An apparition of true reality,
from the corrupt mentality.

Hear its story, how it came to be.
Listen to the tale that it shared with me.

I was victim to its game
and our past is one in the same.

I cried for hours into the night,
writing this by dimmed lamp light.

My tears, like cascades, falling down.
In liquid, a story of its own.

My world is only white and black

A Mirror of My Memory

The snowflake falls, gently, gently. Almost as if it were too delicate to fall.
The wind sweeps through the desolate garden as I look around this hall.
This lonely grey place hold not a trace of the thing I seek and wish for the most.
I was led here through desperation and fear, so I do not ask for more than a host.

Someone please find me, I'm lost and alone, in a mirror of memory.
And I have been waiting for countless years for someone to set me free.
All I ask is a hand to reach through the glass and pull me through.
It does not matter anymore where that hand might pull me to...

I've always luffed Zeiva's works >w< (I have her awesome artbook, Signature! It's brilliant!)

So when she posted up this line art today, I couldn't resist coloring it. I just wish that I hadn't made the lines so bold. Well, there wasn't much choice. If I didn't make them bold, I'd have had to trace the whole lineart... and my parents will yell at me if they catch me drawing again!

I like how strong the colours are, and it isn't too bright either. x3 I especially like how you coloured the green areas.

though it's a new technique that I'm using and it's kinda rough. I don't have transparent layers.
